What Causes Difficulty In Sleeping?
Question: Hello doctor,
I frequently have difficulty falling asleep. It usually gets worse when I have to meet project deadlines and have disturbed sleep. I become restless and irritated the next day due to this and have difficulties concentrating on my work.
2 years ago a doctor advised me to take zolfresh tablet 5mg whenever I face such a problem. However after taking this tablet sometimes it gives me dizziness and makes me feel lethargic all day.
Could you please advise any alternatives.
