Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

If you are facing difficulty in passing urine or very little urine came out while there is urge to pass urine, then it might be due to,

1) urinary tract infection or

2) blockage/obstruction to the urethra due to stone or scare tissue or growth or enlarged prostate.

3) Neurogenic bladder as a result of disruption of nerves between bladder and brain etc.

But before going into further discussion, kindly provide me some more information.

Do you have burning urination or lower abdominal pain?
Since how many days you are facing this problem?
Any prostate problem in the past?
Diabetes or hypertension or any other disease?

Kindly get back to me with these answers.

Awaiting your response.
