What Causes Difficulty In Getting Orgasms During Vaginal Intercourse?
Question: I have been married for a year , and my husband has not satisfied me once !! .... and not once i reached my completion ,and his penis dint go inside completely even once, but he gets his completion, and he has a very small and thin penis, i'm worried to think its because of this small penis ! . Can you please suggest me what might be the problem here.

The main problem is erection.
For this, I would recommend the use of tadalafil drug (prescription drug).
This drug is easily available in the market under the trade name cialis/megalis.
It is to be taken 2 hours before intercourse.
Single dose acts for 2 days approximately.
Its a safe drig with minimal side effects like headache and runny nose which resolve in 3-4 days.
Other then this, there are some hrebal preparations which are said to be effective like 'tentex forte', 1 tab to be taken daily.
Apart from medicines,
You must share this with your husband what problems he has while intercourse.
Most of the time, problem is just psychological fear of performing good in intercourse which leads to erection problem.
Try to make him confident about his ability.
He might get irritated by this but you have tackle this issue calmly.
