What Causes Difficult Urination And Farting?

Question: Hello Doctor, I am 25 years of age and having difficulty while urinating. In morning sometimes it takes time for me to pass urine. Also i too much fart during that time. I consulted a urologist and he suggested to undergo a MCU test and sonography for prostate and pelvis . But the reports where normal and there were no signs of any blockage. Also i did urine test and also results where normal. He told me to take tab Alfoo Z. For some months i am felling fine but again the problems start. I want to know do gases cause this issue. Because i fart too much.

Is bowel movements is what causing the issue. Because another thing that is troubling me is some times i have pain at lower abdomen , side back , But that pain is limited and soon it dissapears. Also duringmotion when i am urinating some sperm like substance comes out which causes some amount of urine blackage as my urine stream weakens .
