Brief Answer:
Treat dehydration soon & evaluate heart function

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to answer your query.

According to me your husband must have had a moderate to high volume stool output which has resulted in severe dehydration which inturn causes redness of the skin.Since he is also having chest pain I were to admit him in my clinic treat his dehydration without any further delay. I would evaluate for diarrhea(stool examination) and start him empirical antibiotic therapy (till I get the lab results). Do an ECG and examine his cardiac status to diagnose the cause of chest pain.

Suggest to visit ER as early as possible.

Hope this answers your query.
