Brief Answer:
Kidney stones can't explain all

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Kidney stones can explain abdominal pain and irritability. But it can't explain diarrhea and fluid in the ear.

These are likely to be because of some infection, which could have been precipitated by diabetes, particularly of not well controlled. Diarrhea can also be because of antibiotics, if you are taking any.

Hope this helps.
Regards
