Brief Answer:
Possibility of allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
There is possibility of allergy due to changed atmosphere, dampness, mold, rat feces.
Another possibility may be migraine attacks which also precipitates due to exertion, sleep disturbances, skipping meal and damp atmosphere.
Rest, pain killers and antiallergic medications are required at present.
Levocetrizine or cetrizine can be taken for allergy.
