What Causes Diarrhea After Taking Probiotics?

Question: I started taking probiotic and have diarrhea three days in a row it's about 50 billion cell of bacteria I start taking probiotic 4 days ago is this normal?

No this is not normal.
Probiotics do not cause diarrhea. In fact probiotics are used to treat some forms of diarrhea like antibiotic induced diarrhea.
If your diarrhea persists, get a stool analysis done.

Diarrhea can lead to dehydartion. So drink enough fluids and electrolyte solution ( for eg aqualyte) to remain well hydrated.
