Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain loose motions or loose stools are commonly seen as a side effect of the antibiotic intake but in case if there is symptoms like cramping, stools with blood and mucous then it can be due to Clostridium Difficile induced Colitis..

Antibiotic intake can cause disturbed balance of the good bacteria along with killing the bad bacteria leading to proliferation of Clostridium bacteria leading to infection..

So as you have stopped taking antibiotic, it is fine, but you should consult a General Physician or Medicine Specialist and get evaluated and a stool sample and colonoscopy can be advised to rule out the cause and will be treated accordingly..

As of now take light diet and plenty of Probiotics like Yogurt..
Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration..
Avoid spicy and heavy meals..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
