Brief Answer:
Features are suggestive of infective diarrhea.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the severe loose motions, after having gone through your symptoms I am of the opinion that you are suffering from some sort of infection which is reflected in the form of frequent watery and bad smell motions with flatulence.
This could have occurred due to infection through water, food or improperly cleaned or washed vegetable or fruits.

Since you had 14-15 times of loose watery motions, I would advise you to kindly visit a doctor for proper assessment like vital signs, level of dehydration, evidence of fever, a thoroughly conducted clinical examination.
A stool examination may also be required.

You may need the following treatment:
1. Intravenous fluid if the dehydration is found to be moderate to severe.
2. Antidiarrheal antibiotics like Ofloxacin with Ornidazole to kill the germs responsible
3. Probiotics like Sporolac powder to reduce the frequency of loose motions
4. Take plenty of oral fluids, juice as long as you can.

Hope to have answered your query.

Wishing you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
Kindly check the details below:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your reply.

There is nothing wrong in taking the above mentioned fruits on empty stomach.
In fact they are better digested and absorbed if taken on empty stomach in optimum quantities. However if consumed in larger amount cucumber may initiate the bowel movements owing to its high fiber content but not to the extent of causing severe loose motions for about 14-15 times.

Hope to have answered your query.
Best regards.
