Brief Answer:
Normal renal function
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
I have gone through the attached report and these are my interpretation
1. Your kidney function is normal and s creatinine is normal. O.8 to 1.3 is considered as normal
2. Frequent urination is usually because of diabetes and if sugars are within normal limits then I recommend you to reduce the fluid intake in the evenings to prevent urination at night
3. no further tests are required to know the kidney function. The tests you have done is sufficient
I hope I was of help , if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards

Hello
I am sorry for the short delay in my reply, I just got back from the hospital.
Serum creatinine is nothing but muscle protein which gets excreted through the kidney.
Creat can go high in several situation like
1. Urinary tract infection
2. Long term damage with diabetes or hypertension
3. Dehydration
4. Sepsis ( generalised blood infection)
5. Auto immune diseases like Lupus nephritis, etc
When we treat the basic pathology then creat also comes down along with it.
If you want to lower your creat these are the steps you should take
1. Hydrate yourself adequately with atleast 6-8 glasses of water
2. Avoid pain killers
3. Make sure your blood pressure and sugars are under good control. Test for hypertension and diabetes atleast once a year.
4. Lose weigh if you are over weight
I hope I was of help, I am once again sorry for the delay
Regards

Hello
I shall answer your questione one by one so that I do not miss any
1. As per new blood pressure guidelines 140/90 is normal and requires no treatment. Only lifestyle modification like weight loss and low salt diet is suggested
2. No medication is required for 140/90
3. Person should start blood pressure medication when three serial readings of blood pressure is more than 140/90 on three seperate days
4. What do mean by 'under what circumstance'?
5. Basic sugar test can sometimes be normal especially in a pre diabetic. I recommend Hba1c test to be done to know average sugar values in last three months
6. Yes detailed sugar test can be done
7. Detailed sugar test is usually done in patients who are donating a kidney or in pregnant women with borferline fasting and post prandial sugars
