Brief Answer:
tests accurate 11 to 14 days post conception

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone.
This is normally detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception for persons using home pregnancy tests (though some can pick up earlier) and a few days earlier for persons doing blood tests.

It the tests were done after this time (11 to 14 days) then you are not likely pregnant. If they were done before this time, then they should be repeated to make sure that they are accurate though based on time frame mentioned this time should have passed.

Sore breasts, changes to the nipples, nausea and abdominal discomfort can occur with other hormonal changes to the body.
They can occur as premenstrual symptoms (before period), this means that though you are not seeing any blood, your body may still be undergoing some of the changes.
