Brief Answer:
Pityriasis versicolor and its management

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and you seem to be having pityriasis versicolor which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
You need to take antifungal medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole 400 mg single dose stat and apply terbinafine cream on the affected areas twice daily for 3 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this avoid sharing of soap, towel, avoid hot humid weather, stay in cool airy environment and wear loose cotton clothes.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
