Brief Answer:
Its due to overproduced sebum and formation of plugs which get infected

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.

The sebum is secreted normally in facial skin and has a protective role, but can be overproduced to form plugs in the pores by clumping with epidermal cells that have shed from the skin. A normal anaerobic skin bacterium also becomes involved, named Propionibacterium acnes. Plugs are also known as comedones.

In some cases they get infected to form cysts which we call cystic acne.

For prevention, I will suggest you not to wash your face too frequently twice a day is enough. Avoid soap and other irritants as much as you can. Do not scrub or rinse vigorously.

Medical treatment consists of isotretnoin, triamcinolone suspension which should be taken only under the supervision of dermatologist.

I hope my answer was helpful for you. Don't forget to close the discussion.

Thank you.
