Question: Hi Dr.,
I have issue with penis forskin. I noticed just today. There is cracks ( red cut marks) on the forskin of penis. When I stretch the skin or pull it then it gives much pain and crack (cuts) appears.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have cracks on foreskin which is painful too.

This is due to Mucocutaneous Genital Candidiasis which is very common in diabetic individuals.

Please check your blood sugar levels to confirm whether your Diabetes is under control or not.

Please take anti fungal medicines like Fluconozole and antibiotics like Cefexime twice daily along with topical anti fungal jelly for local application.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Hi Dr,
Thanks for your response and it really helpful. Can you please tell me how serious this problem is and can be curable or not?
Actually I reached US yesterday so I may not get Indian medicines. Will it be possible to tell me medicines which I can get in US?
I am getting "Lotrimin Anti-Fungal Cream" and Fluconazole 150 mg. Is these medicine OK?
Can you please provide some name for Antibiotics available in US/
