Question: Hi, my lips are extremely cracked and chapped and the surface of the nose is very red, with a small red spot the size of a dime on the face area next to the nose. I think it may be eczema. Thanks - XXXXX

Brief Answer: It seems like cellulitis. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post and seeing the attached picture, it seems that you might be having cellulitis and needs medical management. You can take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day along with an antibiotic like cefexime 200 mg and anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals. I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Thanks.
