Brief Answer:
No, this requires evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

Coughing blood after sprinting can only occur if you had any trauma, or if you are on blood thinners, or sometimes in cardiac diseases like Mitral Stenosis.

I saw that once you have asked to us about weight training after angiography. So, tell me if you are on any blood thinners.

I also need following details:
1. When did you have this episode?
2. Was it during sprinting or after that? How much gap was there?
3. How much blood did you cough?
4. Any history of otherwise cough with expectoration?
5. Any history of fever? Weight loss?
6. Smoking status
7. What all medications if any you take?
8. Any history of diabetes, hypertension or any other illness?

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me and answer these questions preferably in point wise manner.
Stay Healthy.
