Brief Answer:
Use nasal aspirator with saline nasal drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. Babies are prone to nasal congestion and discharge in this age group due to self limiting viral infections and developing immunity. They usually improve within a few days with good nutrition and symptomatic treatment.

I would recommend you to continue with saline nasal drops as and when required. They are very safe. Use a nasal aspirator if blocked nose and excess secretions present. You may also start an antihistamine such as Maxtra or T minic drops (0.5 ml thrice daily) if the discomfort is leading to sleeping difficulty.

Continue with breastfeeding and complementary feeds.

Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Take care
