if you have been diagnosed as a cardiac arrhythmia than it could be related to heart disease only, most likely rheumatic heart disease or right heart enlargement, may be due to valve incompetence

in my opinion you should get an echocardiography and upload the report for me.
I would like to know if you are having chest pain palpitations breathlessness like symptoms at any point of time
