Brief Answer:
Corpus luteal cyst of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
I think you want to mention as 34 mm simple ovarian cyst. Because only ovarian cysts with less than 5 cm can be considered as simple cysts.
Simple ovarian cyst in early pregnancy could be possibly corpus luteal cyst of pregnancy, which produces hormones needed for maintenance of pregnancy.
With progression of pregnancy, placenta will take over the function of hormone production and cyst will regress.
By repeating the ultrasound after four to six weeks changes in cyst can be observed.
If cyst is regressing gradually, that may not cause problem in continuation of pregnancy.
Rarely if cyst increases in size or changes in contents are noted, further intervention may be needed.
Take care.
