Brief Answer:
Suggestinos on appropriate feeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi...before I can comment whether the food is appropriate or not, I need to know whether the weight and height are appropriate or not. if this is appropriate, definitely it is an indirect evidence that she is getting what all she is requiring as food.
I have few questions for you -
1. What was her birth weight?
2. How is her achievement in her developmental milestones?
3. Does she vomit every time yo feed her or only after excess feeding?
4. Do yo force feed her even after she says she is full?
5. Is the stool oily and floats in the pan?
6. Is there any colour change in the hair or skin?
7. Is there any history of recurrent serious infections?

Kindly get back to me with the answers to eh above questions.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. Wish your kid good health.

Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for replying.

Her birth weight is 3.6kgs(pretty much healthy i guess).i havent weighed her recently, but she must be around 15kg and age of 3.5 years. I didnt check her height in recent time.
She is very active starting from her 3-4th month till now, and she has reached all the development milestones, and I have been verifying them in whattoexpect.com website. She doesnt vomit all the time, but sometimes, Lets say, she has digestion problem and didnt go the potty in the morning, and still the feeding is same, i guess in those cases, she vomits. we don't force feed her after she says, she is full when she is at home. Once she is in school, we don't understand whether she is full or not, as she eats her food completely may be because of the fear of the teacher.
Her stool is some times oily and floats. There is no color change in her hair or skin and she doesnt have any history of infections.

Brief Answer:
Diet is perfect and no indigestion

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, your kid is doing excellently well for her age. You need not worry at all. Vomiting becomes a significant symptoms only if the kid is losing weight rapidly or is already under weight or if it is associated with headache and altered consciousness.
Your kid doesn't have any of these problems. Occasional oily stool is not a problem if the kid is of normal weight and activity like this.

Coming to your queries -
1. Her food and the diet plan which you are currently following is quite good and in fact best. Do not alter it. She is being fed as per her age.
2. As there is no digestion problem - I cannot suggest you anything on this. I am telling this because occasional vomiting doesn't mean that she is having a digestion problem unless she is rapid weight loss or underweight (both of which she is not).

If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.

I wish your kid a bright future. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link. Please find the link below.

Hi XXXXXXX

I will be very much specific in digestion problem detail:

1. She feels uncomfortable sometimes when she goes to the stool.
2. The stool is hard most of the time
3. She gets stomach pain some times, so i assume it is a digestion problem.
4. Some times vomiting, as you said it is something that need not be worried.

If none of the above seems to be a problem, then it should be fine. Please let me know.

Brief Answer:
This is Mild Constipating

Detailed Answer:
Hi...this is mild constipation. Definitely not indigestion. I suggest you give her minimum 1 liter water and maximum 300ml milk and good amount of green leafy vegetables and high fiber dirt. You can achieve this by giving a papaya daily night.
Even this shouldn't be a concern as the kid is active and normal in weight.
Don't worry.
