What Causes Constipation, Stomach Pain And Bowel Incontinence?
Question: Hello over the past week i have experience some constipation with stomach aches, along with inconsistent bowels. I have not had any similar problems before, no major changes to diet, just overwhelming stress from work.

Get Plenty of fluids.
Reduce tea/ coffee/ smoking and spicy untimely meals.
Add Fruits / fruit juices and high fiber diet.
If no relief still,
Take Tab Buscopan 2 tablets in the night- to evacuate the bowel and get the stool test done with your laboratory.
Check with your Family doctor to rule out other undetected causes like piles , fissure, or IBS which could case such complaints.
