Brief Answer:
Lack of vitamins&minerals,supplements are advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You are reporting to have had a Gastric bypass 4 years ago, but you noticed constipation and diarrhea only a year ago. At this point, I need to know if:
- you have been on any new medication?
- you followed a new diet or added any new food/drink into your daily menu?
- you have any other problem: fever, hemorrhoids? bleeding? or any other?

As the part of intestines responsible for easier absorption of vitamins and mineral is bypassed, vitamin deficiencies might occur. This is what I suspect in your case:
The tingling in your face and in your extremities is a sign from your nervous system (ringing bell) as it is suffering the consequences of deficiencies in magnesium and calcium.

Multivitamin supplementation is recommended including iron, folic acid, vit.B12, B6, magnesium, calcium, etc. to supply to your body what it lacks.

You can discuss this with your doctor for further evaluation and care!
