Brief Answer:
Try home remedies and run a few blood tests if symptoms persist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Feeling of tiredness or lethargy/fatigue can be due to various causes like anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid disorders, BP variations, diabetes, inadequate sleep, dehydration, etc.

I would suggest you to try a few home remedies before running the blood tests:

- Eat a balanced diet including fresh fruits and vegetables.

- Adequate fluid intake of 3 liters of water per day.

- Reduce intake of caffeinated beverages.

- Exercise.

- Lose weight if over weight.

- Quit smoking if you smoke.

In case the symptoms persists or worsen then you should meet a physician and get your blood tested for hemoglobin, vit B12, vit D and thyroid.

I hope this answered your query.
