Brief Answer:
Entero-colitis is a possibility, need a bit of info, antibiotics may help if diagnosis is right

Detailed Answer:
Hi young man.

Read your history and other queries and answers provided by our experts.

To review: you have a problem of tight knotted lower stomach- constant pain - needing to pass wind and stool even after visiting bathroom- 4 to 5 days- blood , bright green and different consistency.

I would like to know about a few more points:
Is there mucus / sticky stools ?
Any fever, nausea, vomiting, bloating of abdomen ?

From the history I can think of the following:
You are suffering from entero-colitis giving blood and green stools and different consistencies.
The constant irritation inside the intestines gives you the feeling of passing wind and need to go for motion again and again and constant pain with tight knotted lower stomach.

I would suggest the following in such a patient:
Take a course of an antibiotic and metronidazle in proper dosage under Doctor's guidance and prescription.

Add-on Probiotic, Activated charcoal tablets, Electrolyte re-hydration powder to make a solution; antispasmodic tablets to reduce the pain.
Soft bland diet, curds and banana, boiled cooled water.

Take a full course of 5 days. You would need a prescription for the medications, so you need to have a face to face with your primary doctor for that.

If there is not much of a response blood, urine and stool tests along with ultrasonography may be needed.

I hope, this answer helps you to get rid of your problems.
