What Causes Constant Phlegm In Throat?

Question: How can I Stop this excessive Phlegm that's a continuous problem, Does anybody really know a cure? Also I have to stuff a paper towel in my mouth to stop the flow, machine and helps a great deal. It's yworse duringop the day that night. Please Help. I found that taking my tongue and rolling around the front of my teeth several times and then swelling the spit or Phlegm helps keep some of this from aggravating me. Oh by the way I have been diagnosis with Parkinson Disease, MSA, (Multiple System Atrophy), Gastro Paresis, Type II, Corona Heart Disease, Impairment l of the left lower extremity and peripheral neuropathy.
