Brief Answer:
Meet an endocrinologist

Detailed Answer:
good day,
Noted your concern.
Excess hunger is seen in few hormonal conditions like hyperthyroidism ( where you will also lose weight despite eating more) ,Insulin resistance ( metabolic syndrome) and Hypoglycemic disorders. It is also common with excess stomach acidity( GERD and gastric ulcers etc)

It is recommended to check your blood sugar levels during these hunger episodes. If the sugar levels are low, you will need to check corresponding insulin levels.

You must understand that one BIGMAC ( burger alone, not the meal) burger is 500 plus calories. Where as in threadmill if you run at the speed of 8 km per hour for half an hour, you hardly spend 320 calories ( at the maximum). So if you need to lose weight, you will have to undergo a structured diet plan. Meet an endocrinologist and a specialised dietician attached to an obesity clinic. They will be able to help you further.

Lastly, i must also say that, in most people, hunger is just habitual or secondary to anxiety/depression.

Binu
