Brief Answer:
Postural hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the history you have given it might be that you have postural hypotension. The growing fetus exerts effect that causes reduced return to the heart causing a drop in blood pressure causing giddiness.
I suggest you to get blood pressure in supine position first and then age in after standing up. If the fall in blood pressure is more than 20 systolic then this confirms the diagnosis

Please discuss about this with your obstetrician during your next visit

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
