Brief Answer:
A list of suggestions; antibiotics and hydration are main

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. With diarrhoea lasting for 3 days or more it is most likely to be an infection, probably a case of acute gastroenteritis requiring antibiotic coverage. For that you will have to gain access to antibiotics along with a few other medications that I will mention in this response of mine. But if you cannot gain access to antibiotics then you will indefinitely have to visit a doctor for a prescription and confirmation of diagnosis.

Here are my recommendations:

+Tablet ofloxacin 200 mg (14 tablets) to be taken after breakfast and after dinner for 7 days
+Tablet ranitidine to be taken 15 minutes before each meal (thrice a day) for 5 days
+ORS (oral rehydration powder or solution) to be taken at least thrice a day, or more if possible for 5 days
+Drink plenty of water
+Have a bland diet with semi-solid or a liquid diet for at least 5 days
+Avoid milk and all dairy products
+Probiotics (E.g. G-NORM, sporolac, etc.) or natural probiotics like curd or ready-made probiotics available in most grocery stores to be taken as much as tolerated as this helps a lot

The cold sensation is due to a drop in immunity and also due to the weakness that has ensured itself from the loss of fluids in the form of diarrhoea. Please do make sure you keep yourself hydrated as much as possible as this is the main and most important aspect of your health right now. Please also do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
