You are concerned about abnormal nail specifically concave nails. This is seen usually in people who have iron deficiency anemia. Once the anemia is resolved the nails grow normally. I recommend that you see your medical provider to have labs for screening for iron deficiency anemia. Other nutritional deficiencies can also cause nail changes so a good comprehensive lab should rule out any other deficiencies
