Based on your history its likely to be secondary Raynaud phenomenon which manifests as recurrent vasospasm of the extremities usually in response to stress or cold exposure. Its commonly associated with autoimmune disorders especially LUPUS (SLE).
Triggers that cause the cold hand/ fingers episodes should be pinpointed and avoided. Smoking should be avoided as its also a known trigger in addition to cold and stress.
