Brief Answer:
Feel her pulse and if it's low volume - take her to nearest emergency room at the earliest

Detailed Answer:
Hi....by what you quote, I feel that it could be hypothermia. I suggest that you feel her pulse at the wrist and if it's feeble, please rush to nearest emergency room.

Hypothermia and concurrent bacterial infection can cause this.

But if her pulse is normal and her urine output is normal, you can wait and keep her warm and covered.

Please post your furher queries, if any

Brief Answer:
Looks normal - May be raynaud phenomenon

Detailed Answer:
Hi....This looks like a Reynaud's phenomenon. But the age doesn't fit.

But as her urine out is normal and she's active, nothing to worry about it.
