Brief Answer:
can be allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Cold everyday in the morning can be allergic rhinitis - allergy in the nose.

To confirm the diagnosis you have meet an ENT specialist.

If it indeed turns out to be allergy then the treatment is rather simple.
He will need tablets of antihistamine and anti leucotrines . He will also need local steroid nasal spray. Typically the treatment of allergy is prolonged. The results are generally very good.

Along with the medicines he should also work out and so physical exercises. Pranayama is alos known to control allergy symtpoms.

It is important to control allergy of the nose. Uncontrolled allergy in the nose can be a trigger for asthma.
