Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection. Possible diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Cloudy urine and bad smelling urine are very characteristic symptoms of urinary tract infection. You may have frequent urinating, burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain, back pain and fever with this issue.
Infection can be caused by diabetes (bad smell more often appears with infection and diabetes). In such case, you may have also thirstiness, sweating, weight gain.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Urine analysis, urine culture, blood work, glucose level and abdominal ultrasound should be done. Antibiotic treatment seems necessary. You should also start cranberries supplementation and increase mineral water intake.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
