there was a breakdown between his colon and his vesicular(?).The fluid has no feces or smell to it.I told you he had surgery acouple of weeks ago, it was called a colovesicular fistula takedown. He said their was a hole that had to be repaired, between where he pooped and where he peed. There is no hole or opening seen on the scrotal wall.thankyou.

there is no odor or fecal matter in the fluid.his surgery was two weeks ago, there was a hole between where he pooped and peed. there is no hole in the scrotal wall that he can see.It is in the amount of about a tablespoon an hour. what could it be?

Brief Answer:
Need to consult qulified Urologist .

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for follow up.
Based on the information that you have provided it seems that your brother had Vesico Rectal fistula or Fistula in anus which was excised .

The leakage of fluid from scrotal all is mostly a serous discharge from the edema of the sub cutaneous scrotal tissue .

You need to consult qualified Urologist or the Surgeon who has carried out his surgery to assess to diagnose .

In the mean while continue taking antibiotic like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Thanks and Regards.
