Question: my stomach feels like theres a meet grinder in there and the middle of my spine is very painfull I can hardly touch it and my legs stay and feel very cold and I hurt all over my from just below my ribs to my bikini line

I understand your concern and feel very sorry for the pain you are going through.In your case ,it could be a kidney or ureter stone which is causing all this pain.

Second possibility could be Spinal arthritis or any degenerative disease which is compressing your nerve causing pain.Your blood pressure would be an important parameter to look for right now.

I would suggest you to call or see your doctor and ask for immediate relief medications like antispasmodic tablets or Nerve relaxing tablets like gabapentin or pre gabalin.You can always take OTC pain killer tablets if you cannot reach out anything right now.
