Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and treatment received so far.

I presume that MRI spine has been done and there is no disc bulge.

Medicines that would help you are pregabalin or gabapentin capsules.

Please also exclude vitamin D deficiency.

Physiotherapy with IFT/ultrasound would help relieve the pain. After that, neck and back extension exercises should be started.
