What Causes Chronic Inner Ear Infection?

Question: Hello, I feel like my left ear is stuffed and I'm not sure if it's my pulse or something else keeps fluttering randomly, it will come and go. I had an echo 4 months ago and it was normal and my doctor also did a holter and told me it was normal as well. these symptoms are scaring me and idk what to do. I am 25 years old.

Coming to this point, I would recommend performing some blood lab tests to exclude other possible causes of fluttering:

- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible electrolyte imbalance.

If all these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your complaints.
