Brief Answer:
Mixed tension/cluster headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

You seem to have mixed type tension/cluster headache. This is not occipital neuralgia or nerve compression.

This can be managed well with a combination of analgesics like naproxen and anxiolytics/antidepressants like clonazepam/escitalopram.

I would like to know what all medications have you tried so far?

I urge you to not to feel downhearted and develop suicidal tendencies.
Your condition can be absolutely controlled by medicines.

These drugs I mentioned when taken under strict medical supervision for 3-6 months gives excellent cure results. Discuss about these medications with your doctor.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Triptans will be pretty useful on a short course.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

This pulsatile behaviour and irritation is along with periorbital discomfort is predominantly a part of this mixed cluster headache.

In case there is no response to nexito and lonazep.i strongly recommend sumatriptans which are quite effective in relieving the vascular pathology.

Consult your doctor regarding Sumatriptan and its dosage before taking the drug.

Thank you.
