What Causes Chronic Foul Odor In The Nose?

Question: I have a chronic bad nasal order and was prescribed daily nasal rinse, flonase bad, and azelastine bid. I also take Singulair 10 MG daily. This doesn't. I read about naseptin and would like to know if this is effective. Please respond. Thank you very much.

Bad smell from nose is usually due to sinus infection or nasal infection.
Get a xray paranasal sinuses done to rule out any such disease.
Naseptin is a local antibiotic..there is no harm using it but exact treatment will depend upon the diagnosis.
Rest of the treatment is fine.
