Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The symptom complexes you have described need detailed evaluation to find out what exactly causing these. It could be due to some electrolyte imbalances or anemia or due to something called chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)
I suggest you to consult a physician and get the following things done:-
(1)- Check your serum electrolytes level. Low sodium and potassium can present like these.
(2)- Blood routine and hemoglobin assay to rule out anemia and infections.
(3)-Blood pressure level to rule out hypotension.
(4)- An ECG to look for any cardiac anomalies,
(5)- Check your blood sugar level to rule out undetected diabetes which can also present like these.
Other additional investigations also needed depending on the initial evaluation.
As of now have healthy diet and get adequate sleep. Practice relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga.
Wishing you good health
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain
