Brief Answer:
History suggestive of cardio-respiratory system ds

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Choking, coughing and inability to breathe or take air is suggestive of disorder of cardio-respiratory system.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment of the cardiovascular system and respiratory system.
Disorders of cardiovascular and respiratory system have to be ruled out.
Further management will depend on the result of investigations.
Acid reflux disease is unlikely to cause the symptoms of inability to breathe, choking and coughing.

Thanks and take care
