Detailed Answer:
hello dear,
welcome to HCM

Your complaints are highly suggestive of allergic reaction. The condition of folliculitis could be an independent to the allergy and seems unrelated.

Hodgkin's lymphoma could have a complaints similar to that of you have mentioned, however before committing to any judgement it is very essential to consider associated symptoms and detailed history and tests.

I would like to know
1) since how long have you been having these symptoms?
2) how did your symptoms progressed? within days, months, years?
3) have you had weight lost in recent times? significant weight loss?
4) is the lump behind ear progressing?
5) how is your appetite?
6) do you sweat more than normal during night?
7) have you had such complaints before and had got resolved?
your age, occupation, gender information is required.

waiting for the answers...
