Brief Answer:
check TSH, Blood pressure and get ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The levothyroxine dose you take is very low, may be beacuse the deficiency was also less. So, you should get the TSH test repeated and see how your body is responding to treatment.
The on and off chest tightness and breathing problem can be due to - increased thyroid levels causing anxiety or a separate anxiety problem or due to cardiac cause.

Thyroid related issue will become clear after TSH level is done.
To rule out cardiac cuse- please get an ECG and blood pressure checked.

Even though you are very young but still symptoms of chest tightness should not be ignored and should be evaluated.

And if all these are ok- normal ECG and TSH, and still symptom persist: it is suggestive of possible anxiety.
So, first get the tests & after talking to your doctor regarding the above said points: proceed further.

Wish you good health!

Brief Answer:
donot stop it before meeting the doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is usually not advisable to stop a drug untill a clear assoctiation is established that the new problem is because of it.

So, I would suggest that you can continue with it and take an early appointment with your doctor and discuss the new symptom.

Please ask more queries if you have.
