Brief Answer:
Heart problems are possible, please consult cardiologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such pain should be verified with possible heart ischemic disease. This issue is caused by narrow heart arteries so the blood supply is not sufficient.
Heart pain is usually burning like or squeezing like. It starts in the left chest area and tends to radiate to the left arm or jaw. Dizziness and shortness of breath are very characteristic along with sweating and accelerated heart rate. This pain can start with physical activity.

Headache, dizziness and chest pain can be also associated with spine disc problem in the cervical area. You should have also neck pain with this issue. The pain can radiate to both arms. You may have hand weakness as well.

I suggest you to consult cardiologist at first. Heat ECG, heart ultrasound and stress test should be done at first.
If spine disc problem seems possible, orthopedist consult and spine MRI are advisable.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
