Brief answer..most likely it is non cardiac
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
A Chet pain is really worrisome condition for anybody and specially if it is occurring in the left side of chest.
It immediately gives a fear of impending heart attack to the person.
Suspicion of heart related problem arises if you feel sick, sweaty, nervous, cold along with tightness in chest and this pain is diffuse and not localised to one particular point.Cardiac pains are not affected by the posture of person.
If a person is having chest pain which gets worse on bending or leaning or turning over, then most likely it is a musculoskeletal pain and not heart related.
Your pain seems to be Musculoskeltal in nature.
Musculoskeltal pains can be due to straining or spraining of chest muscles.
However it would be better on your part to consult a doctor and remove the doubts to have peace.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
