Brief Answer:
Pleural membranes, LRTI

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
It indicates a lower respiratory tract infection involving pleural membranes which result in pain on sneeze or cough both conditions lead to rubbing of the membranes and pain gets referred to the chest area.
You need a strong antibiotic and a complete pulmonary functions assessment and symptomatic treatment. Get to a pulmonologist and let them help you with it. DOn't worry it will resolve, just antibiotics and other associated symptomatic treatment like painkillers, bronchodilators etc will be needed.
Take good care and don't forget to close the discussion please.
