What Causes Chest Pain When Suffering From Anorexia?
Question: I am anorexic, 41. Having chest pains (heart I think, not gastro related). Going to doctor tomorrow morning to be checked. Freaking out about going to sleep - usually I take 50 mg of quetiapine to help, but I am worried it might be bad to take with chest pains happening. Last night woke with the pains and got quite scared. If I don't take them, I won't sleep at all. What should I do? Have had anorexia maybe 6 months, no binging or purging.
