What Causes Chest Pain, Sore Throat And Dry Cough While Suffering From Histiocytosis?

Question: Hello, I have a bit of an unusual situation. I have Histiocytosis X. It has affected multiple organs in my body in harsh ways over the years. I just went through Lumbar Facet injections this past Friday. Now I have, sore throat, deep cough (dry) and pain in my upper back and chest (dull so far.) My questions; How long will the meds that were injected into the facets take to stop suppressing my immune system? I just got over being sick 2 weeks before the injection, I can't keep taking antibiotics or immunity to them will develop. What is my best course of action now?
