Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Heart pain can radiate to the cheekbones instead of jaw. Every person is different and so are the symptoms.
Heart pain is usually in the middle or left chest. It is dull, squeezing or burning like. It is never well localized. The pain can radiate to the left arm or face (left side). Fear of death appears along with sweating, shortness of breath.
Chest pain can be also caused by acid reflux disease. The difference form the heart pain is that acid reflux pain is associated with foods intake and nausea can be present. The pain can be eased for a moment by water intake.
If your pain is sharp at one pain, most probable reason is rib nerve pain. Such pain usually gets less intense when not moving the chest and aggravates when breathing.
Rib nerves pain can be caused by some local inflammation or spine problems.

Depending of the most probable reason, you should have heart ECG, heart enzymes levels if the heart problem is most probable.
For acid reflux please try to avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee and alcohol.
Rib nerve can be eased with Diclophenac for example. If it will be recurring, please consult orthopedist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
